Size XS fits slim in the hips... So you can wear it as a dress, it's like a mini length and fitted tight with all the gather and volume up the top.
Or alternatively its a shirt and you can wear this undone- with pants and a top... If you loved it and it didn't fit on your hips you can wear the top couple buttons done up and the rest open.
