Shipping and returns

Hunters and Collectors will post your items out to you the next day or same day of purchase depending on the time of day, we will provide you with your tracking number by email. Postage does not go out over the weekend and will be sent Monday.

You may come in-store and collect too! 

If you are buying from overseas, please use our contact us form and we will let you know how much you can expect to pay.

Please understand that we are a busy physical store and sales that go on during the day may not be taken off the website right away. This means there is the odd chance a item can be double sold, if this does occur we will refund you instantly.

Hunters and Collectors will accept returns within 2 days of you receiving your item. Any time over 2 days we will presume you want to keep the item and the refund will not be accepted. As we are a consignment shop we need to pay our suppliers quickly, so this 2-day policy works for both buyer and seller. No returns are accepted for items bought in store unless for some reason it is faulty.  

We do offer our own layby in-store which is 20% deposit with 1 or 2 months to pay off depending on the price of the item. Please contact us if you want to do a layby with our store rather than use AFTERPAY. This can be accepted anywhere around New Zealand but unlike AFTERPAY you need to pay for the item in full before you receive it. Any cancelled laybys will be honoured with a gift voucher with any deposit you had previously given us for up to 1 year.


We accept Poli (internet banking), all credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay all on this website.
