Black velvet with white tulle bustle in the front that peeks through, fastens with a gold metal button and zip on the side, and is lined in silky gold.
Please note that the skirt having come to us missing the tulle “bunny tail” bustle, one has been lovingly recreated by hand using references of the originals. It attaches to the skirts inner with ribbon and is detachable.
