ICONIC VERSACE 1980s leather bomber jacket!!!
Bought by its original owner in Florence mid 1980s and only parting with this treasure now.... This classic VERSACE bomber resonates today with the label as it did back then.
Embossed on the back of this leather is the medusa logo, VERSACE embroidered inbetween with ancient grecian female warriors.
Roman or Greek, ancient inspirations are an integral part of Versace’s DNA. The brand’s logo is the writing on the wall: Versace is synonymous with Antiquity. The brand also borrowed a pronounced taste for nudity from this civilization!
Even 20 years after Gianni’s death, his inspirations remain: gladiator skirts, belts, and togas continue to strut down the catwalk today.
