NZ made Nom-d mini skirt
Fine wool with 3 leather buckles
Was a maxi length kilt (paid $650) and had it professionally turned into a mini skirt... sadly its been cut to short for me :( so had to be sold!
Waist has inside button on elsatic and buckles outside can be ajusted- so will fit a 10 or 12- quite short!
Just drycleaned- very good used condition no flaws
