In 1950, Louis Féraud created his first "Maison de Couture" inCannesand by 1955 had established a couture house in Paris.
From the mid-1950s he was dressing the Parisian elite and designed the wardrobe ofBrigitte Bardotfor many of her movies. It wasn't however until 1958 that he presented his firsthaute couturecollection in Paris.

This is a 1980's woven mohair and wool tartan jacket in a cropped tuxedo style. In the most incredible purple, blue and black.
