Box pleated all around with the pleating going further than the skirt on both sides! This just hangs and creates a ruffle!
Sits just above hips and measures 36cm- narrows hips and bum size 6/8
Mint condition with some tension pulls along the hip on one side... this has an inner lining that is narrow and the pleats sit over the top so you can’t see it
