Original 1990s, bondage tartan kilt!

Bought orginally New from Westwood store in London in the late 1990s
Pure wool in a white and green colour combo
With heaps of belts and laces to style and play with
Size 42 and fits a 8 or 10 as it can be ajusted with the straps (an internal domes to close can be hand stiched to where you would like them)
I think this is meant to sit on your hips rather than your waist.. but you can definatly wear it high waisted!)
