Very interesting dress... made from 'wrinkled' tartan cotton fabric
Double shirt on the top half that can be worn as a long sleeve shirt or pulled down and wear the under layer sleeveless with the other half of the dress wrapped around your waist or left to hang
Can probably be worn more ways than this but its hard to figure out on a hanger!
