Very cool design... never seen a dress like it in my life!
So front half of the dress has been split, so it looks like you have a matvhing crop shirt and skirt and from the back there is a hidden drawstring belt
Size 40 and would fit a 8ish ... hips are narrowish but there is lots of room in shoulders and the bust
